6. Typographical Errors & Pricing Accuracy

In case of incorrect pricing or product information due to typographical or technical errors, Vidyabhartee Prakashan reserves the right to cancel such orders, whether or not payment has been processed. If payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

7. Orders, Cancellation & Dispatch

• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after dispatch
• We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse
• Refunds will be initiated where applicable

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding national holidays and major public festivals. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Free replacement is applicable only if:

• An incorrect product is delivered
• The product is received in damaged condition

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. Replacement will be issued first; refunds only if replacement is not possible.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, minor printing variations, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk and ownership of the product pass to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
