Return & Refund Policy

At Vidyabhartee Prakashan, we take quality and accuracy seriously. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it is considered final.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Free replacement is applicable only under the following conditions:

• The customer receives an incorrect product; or
• The product is received in damaged condition at the time of delivery.

Conditions for Reporting Issues

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear images or videos of the product and original packaging must be provided

Replacement & Refund Process

Upon verification of the issue, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor printing, binding, or design variations
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
